I still had my scary movies fix last weekend even though I was alone at home. I might even be the only person in our four-level apartment building too for they must have all left.
Coming from Wendy's last Sunday evening, I went straight to my empty apartment on the 2nd floor. While I was groping for the keyhole and trying hard to fit the key in the slot, two girls were frantically screaming in the street in front of our building. "They're screaming at each other, " I thought. But no. They were shouting at ME. They said "Kuya! Kuya! May white lady sa taas. May white lady sa third floor n'yo." Now how MBG-worthy is that.
I love local TV programming every Halloween. The annual Magandang Gabi Bayan Halloween specials are classics. Last Sunday night, ABS-CBN showed what probably is the best thing Korea has ever brought to the Philippine Entertainment media (not Sandara), the movie Phone - scary. GMA meanwhile was kind enough to the would be Hollywood Grudge viewers who are not aware of the Japanese version for showing Ju-on - scarier. ABC 5 wouldn't want to be left behind so they showed a Celine Dion special - scariest.
It's 10:15 a.m. in my watch right now and Makati is still a ghost city. Admins must expect a leave form shortage this week. But I have a feeling that this week is going to be fine. Just like today, I had breakfast with Jasmine wailing her burger song in the background. What can be better than that. Ikh.
I'm lovin' it.
