blogdrive is easy to use. (plus i think it comes with free server space na for your files/pics...don't know how much space and how easy it is to upload, though, coz i haven't tried it yet... i still use photobucket.)
the templates are really generic, and you'll have to know HTML in order to tailor it to your liking though.
